Registration information

Pre-registration is required and will be accepted until March 5, 2017. Registration includes workshop attendance, lunch, coffee and shuttle service. Note that workshop is free for all participants.

To register, please send an email to ravi.jhawar@uni.lu (with snt-events@uni.lu in cc) with the following information.

• Your first name and last name
• Affiliation
• Email address
• Title of the paper (if accepted for presentation)
• Whether you need a certificate of participation
• Any dietary requirements you might have (e.g., vegetarian) and
• Whether you want to use the shuttle service to the venue.

We are planning to arrange shuttle service from multiple locations in Luxembourg city to the conference venue. If you would like to use this service, please specify in the registration email information about your preferred time and location for pick-up (e.g., central train station at 07:30 am). This service will be arranged only if we receive sufficient number of requests. The final decision will be communicated to you as soon as possible.

Please note that you can register and attend the workshop even if you are not presenting a paper. However, given the limit on the number of participants, priority will be given to participants whose papers are accepted for presentation.

Both registration and shuttle service will be confirmed on first-come-first-serve basis.
